The nature of the services offered by SE demands a range of support facilities for the production of jigs, preparation of test samples and cleaning of components prior to heat treatment and surface engineering. Indeed the quality and particularly the adhesion of the coatings are very much reliant on the ability to remove all traces of oxide, dirt, oil and grease from the surface of the components to be coated. Facilities available include:
